Langleys are one of a handful of firms operating outside of London in this niche area of law and are regularly instructed by the Official Solicitor to protect the interest of adults who lack the capacity to make decisions for themselves in relation to healthcare or community care needs.
The unit also acts on behalf of the family of patients and mentally incapacitated adults helping them to obtain health and community care support from health authorities and social services.
