Home Information Packs (HIPS)

Government legislation makes it illegal to put your home on the market without commissioning a Home Information Pack (HIP).

We can provide a Home Information Pack quickly for you. If you have any queries about Home Information Packs please contact Sarah Akhtar on 01904 683119 who will be happy to talk to you and clarify any queries you may have.

There are a few variations of Home Information Packs and our fees depend on the type of property you are selling:

£350 (inc) for a freehold registered property
£370 (inc) for a freehold unregistered property
£370 (inc) for a leasehold registered property
£370 (inc) for a leasehold unregistered property

Important Information

Our prices are fixed and inclusive of payments for documents required in the Home Information Pack and VAT.

Please note that it is the seller's responsibility to pay for the Home Information Pack you can choose the most appropriate method of payment on the instruction form.

Please note, if you instruct us to produce a HIP and subsequently to act on your sale, you will receive a £25 discount from your sale fees upon completion.
