Objective
We deal with each individual claim on its own merits. Through early intervention in the claims process, our aim is to ensure that each claim is strategically assessed at the outset to assist in the reduction of the overall claim spend. The strategic review process includes a targeted timescale for the final resolution of the claim, which is regularly monitored and reviewed.

- Personality disorder/psychiatric injury
Approach
We assess and timetable each claim to facilitate pro-active claims handling within a strategic plan which is regularly reviewed and which includes key data. We also ensure that regular contact is made with the Claimant's solicitors to include face to face meetings, where appropriate, to encourage a non-adversarial approach to the resolution of claims of this nature.
In addition we conduct regular review meetings with Insurers, Adjusters and our experts to promote a team ethos to ensure that the strategic plan devised and agreed for each claim is constantly reviewed and monitored.
