Road Traffic Law
Langleys offers advice on road traffic law with launch of www.roadtrafficlawdirect.com
Langleys has launched a new online service offering FREE initial advice on all types of road traffic offences.
Jeremy Scott Partner at Langleys and founder of the new service comments:
"The introduction of speed cameras and radar guns nationwide has led to a huge increase in the number of drivers facing fines, penalty points, Court proceedings and in some cases, disqualification from driving. We understand that in many cases a person's livelihood can be dependent on them having a driving licence and we are committed to defending these cases and reducing the number of disqualified drivers."
The website has a section for drivers to email any queries they have and they will then receive free initial legal advice from a team of specialist lawyers at the firm. The team has successfully defended a number of cases, including one involving a situation where it would cause exceptional hardship to the driver, a national sales director of a leading plc, if he was disqualified under the penalty point system, for his fourth speeding offence. Even with a total of 12 points the team was able to save his licence and he was able to consequently keep his job.
