Tim, Partner and Head of the Real Estate Unit, has in excess of 20 years experience of all types of commercial property transactions. Tim has particular knowledge of landlord and tenant transactions, investment sales and purchases, and site acquisition and development. Tim joined Langleys from Lupton Fawcett in Leeds where he was head of the Commercial Property Division.
