Andy, Corporate Partner and head of the Commercial Division, has a wide range of experience of corporate and commercial work, in particular advising on acquisitions and disposals for public and private companies, MBOs and MBIs. Prior to joining Langleys, Andy gained 20 years' company commercial experience in a number of major firms, most latterly as a partner at Addleshaw Goddard.

Stephen, Finance law Partner, holds an Insolvency Practitioner's licence. He specialises in restructuring, insolvency and banking related matters. The agricultural sector is a particular area of expertise. Before joining Langleys, Stephen was a Partner at Hammonds.

Kate, Employment Partner, has broad experience of all areas of employment law having run her own specialist law firm prior to joining Langleys. She is an experienced tribunal advocate and regularly presents seminars on employment issues. Kate is a former Chair of Women in Newark and is Chair of the Working Group for Business Women's Link (Lincolnshire & Rutland). In 2009 Kate was appointed a Fee Paid Employment Tribunal Judge and sits in the Birmingham region.

Peter, Real Estate Partner, has over 20 years' experience advising on commercial property transactions. Peter focuses on freehold acquisitions, disposals and property development. Peter is also a Notary Public. Notaires deal with the authentication and legalisation of legal and trading documents for use in other jurisdictions.

Jonathan, Dispute Resolution Partner, has wide experience of contentious matters including representing clients from the Magistrates Court to the House of Lords as well as considerable advocacy experience. Jonathan has a reputation for being prepared to dictate events in the event of proceedings being issued whilst always seeking a commercial solution to disputes.

Mark, Corporate Partner, has extensive experience of advising on all areas of corporate transactions. He focuses on high value sales and acquisitions, MBOs and MBIs, merger and group restructuring. Mark also works alongside banks, fund manager and venture capitalists in relation to their funding of corporate transactions.

Jeremy, Regulatory Partner, has over 20 years' experience of defending companies, directors and individuals subject to regulatory investigation and proceedings. Jeremy has successfully represented clients in cases at all levels from the Magistrates' Court to the European Court of Human Rights and is an experienced advocate.

Nick, Employment Partner, has extensive experience of employment law practice, acting for private and public sector organisations and individuals. He has advised in connection with employment aspects large scale outsourcing and business restructures as well as detailed and complex trade union and industrial relations matters. Nick has considerable tribunal and court experience. He regularly undertakes general and bespoke training for clients and sector-based groups.

Graeme, Dispute Resolution Partner, has over 20 years' experience of dealing with complex commercial litigation cases. Graeme uses his knowledge in dealing with a wide range of cases including high value disputes in professional negligence, shareholder and director disputes, intellectual property matters and judicial review.

James, Corporate Partner, has 25 years' experience advising clients on corporate matters and specialises in high value deals and strategic company and commercial advice. James advises a range of businesses and banks on acquisitions, disposals, MBOs and MBIs.
