Stephen has over twelve years’ specialist experience helping businesses and senior executives with all aspects of employment law and HR best practice. He focuses particularly on representation at Employment Tribunal hearings, providing strategic advice on the employment aspects of complex corporate transactions and TUPE and the negotiation of exit/compensation packages. He also advises on data protection matters and delivers training on employment law issues.
Stephen was the principal contributor to the employment chapters of the last three editions of ‘Sinclair on Warranties and Indemnities’, the leading practitioners’ reference work in this area.
He was noted in the 2009 edition of Chambers and Partners as someone who
