Kate, Employment Partner, has broad experience of all areas of employment law having run her own specialist law firm prior to joining Langleys. She is an experienced tribunal advocate and regularly presents seminars on employment issues. Kate is a former Chair of Women in Newark and is Chair of the Working Group for Business Women's Link (Lincolnshire & Rutland). In 2009 Kate was appointed a Fee Paid Employment Tribunal Judge and sits in the Birmingham region.

Nick, Employment Partner, has extensive experience of employment law practice, acting for private and public sector organisations and individuals. He has advised in connection with employment aspects large scale outsourcing and business restructures as well as detailed and complex trade union and industrial relations matters. Nick has considerable tribunal and court experience. He regularly undertakes general and bespoke training for clients and sector-based groups.

Danielle Harwood, employment solicitor, is a graduate of the University of Lincoln and joined Langleys in 2007. She trained with Langleys and qualified into the employment department in 2009. Danielle advises on all aspects of employment law and regularly undertakes Tribunal advocacy. Danielle often presents at both in-house and external seminars on a range of employment law issues.

Katherine advises both organisations and individuals on a broad range of contentious and non contentious employment law issues. Katherine does her own tribunal advocacy and presents seminars on employment law issues for clients and interested parties.

Kelly, Assistant Solicitor, has been with langleys since 2003 having studied at Lincoln University. Kelly principally acts for Respondents in both contentious and non contentious employment law issues and has a particular interest in discrimination cases. Kelly is an experienced advocate and presenter and is also the founder member of Gainsborough Business Breakfast Club.
