Assure is an employment solutions package provided by Langleys to assist businesses manage the risk and costs associated with being an employer. 

HR Assure subscribers pay an annual fixed fee which provides certainty for businesses at a time of economic uncertainty. It gives businesses the opportunity to plan legal costs into yearly budgets so that employment issues can be dealt with as and when they arise throughout the course of the year.  

 

Langleys’ experienced Employment Law team provide advice to businesses so that they can legally manage their workforce whilst achieving commercial objectives. It makes practical and commercial sense to seek advice before embarking on a proposed course of action or at the time an employment issue arises to minimise risk and avoid potential claims. 

 

HR Assure provides help, guidance, reassurance and advice to businesses through an online facility, telephone helpline and up-to date document reviews. Langleys can offer a fixed tariff for tribunal costs or alternatively can help make arrangements for insurance cover both for the legal costs of representation at a tribunal and any compensation that might be awarded. 

 

Businesses can choose between a Standard, Executive or Premier package. 

 

The Standard option provides access to an on-line facility which enables businesses to store all personnel files in one place. This provides flexibility as businesses can manage employment files (including contracts of employment, policies and procedures and letters) with ease. The online facility also provides access to practical information such as quick reference guides, forms and letters to help you deal with day to day issues. In addition to the benefits of the Standard option, the Premier option also offers access to a telephone helpline. Businesses can contact Langleys employment team and seek advice on all aspects of employment law on an as and when needed basis.   The Executive option includes all of the benefits of the Premier option and in addition provides insurance to cover both the legal costs of representation at a tribunal and any damages/compensation that might be awarded.
