
Sally Cottam, operations director and head of the Residential Conveyancing Division, becomes a partner with 20 years’ experience in her field. Her expertise covers new build plot sales, repossession sales, relocation, and volume mortgages.
Susan McKendry, who formed Langleys’ Healthcare and Welfare Unit in August 2009 after working for seven years in the Government Legal Service, also becomes a partner. Susan specialises in deprivation of liberty and end of life healthcare cases and is regularly instructed by the Official Solicitor in Human Rights cases in the Court of Protection and High Court.

Further promotions have also been awarded across the Langleys’ team with Regan Draper promoted to Deputy Head of Residential Conveyancing. Sheelagh Coles and Elizabeth Morris (Child Care), Andrew Cragg (CPI), Francoise Vandale (Private Client) and Lisa Sheriston, Nick Weston, Hazel Leeson and Carol Dalton (Insurance) are all promoted to Senior Associate.
Alexandra Weston and Helen Bell, (Corporate), Serena Brotherton and Phil Robinson (Private Client), Alison McGowan (Child Care), Emma Clarkson (Finance), Kelly Taylor (Employment) and Laura Collins, Caroline Elson and Emma Foxon, (Insurance) have also been promoted to Associate level.
