Kevin praised the speed of the legal team for ensuring tight deadlines were met. “It is without doubt that we were able to achieve the tight timelines of the government offer for September because our legal support was so very hands on, organised and immediate. You need a legal team who exude confidence, are transparent and respond positively to challenges. At no time during the process did we ever feel vulnerable and access to expert advice was always at hand.”
The school praised Kate Hindmarch, a partner at Langleys, and her team for dealing smoothly with the process with ‘impressive ease’.
Kevin said: “Be it employment, corporate or estate management, Langleys is large enough to have experts in each field and experienced and flexible enough to adapt their extensive prior secondary Academy experience into sound primary school practice.”
Kevin also praised Langleys’ excellent understanding of educational procedures, adding: “Langleys is big enough to deal with all aspects of the process but small enough to ensure we were handled consistently, by friendly officers, with clear access and communication to the same team throughout. I do not feel our Academy conversion could have been better supported.”
