Peacock Waters in Timberland has been bought by Adam Northcote-Wright. The site includes fishing lakes, a small caravan park and holiday home.
Mr Northcote-Wright said: “I’m thrilled that the purchase of Peacock Waters and its surrounding land and buildings has gone through. The Langleys team have been brilliant in providing excellent advice which allowed the deal to complete successfully and I can’t wait to begin to make Peacock Waters into a real tourist destination.”
