Langleys presented the MP with a paper summarising the firm’s thoughts regarding the planned cuts covering child care, family and clinical negligence law.
Langleys’ partner and head of clinical negligence, Sally-Ann Robinson, said: “We were delighted to be able to sit down with the MP and talk him though our concerns on behalf of our clients. Our main concern is that a number of the proposals could result in a denial of access to justice and legal protection to vulnerable clients and their families.”
