The briefing, on Thursday 5 May, is designed to help people understand the key facts about Wills and other issues which could be affecting them now, or become a concern in the future.
The briefing will specifically look at Wills designed to protect family assets, property protection trusts and lasting powers of attorney.
Giles Scott, partner at Langleys’ York office, said: “These are all issues that affect us as we get older, but are often topics we don’t like to discuss. Many people find the information available overwhelming so we’re aiming to break it down into bite size chunks, digestible for all.
“The briefing is available to anyone living in the A19 corridor and beyond who wants a better understanding of Wills and an end to the mystery that can surround them.”
The free event is being held at the Galtres Centre in Easingwold from 4pm to 5.30pm. If you or a friend are interested in attending, or for more information, contact Hannah Cooke on 01904 683 188 or email
