Partner and head of the Real Estate Unit at Langleys, Tim Cross, acted for Candelisa Developments in the letting of the premises in Bolton Bridge Road, Ilkley. Adam Mobley of WSB Property Consultants in Leeds acted as the agent for Candelisa Developments.
Tim said: “The deal was put together in a very short timescale to tie in with a stock exchange announcement. It is a credit to the teams involved that we were able to provide the support needed in the time available to ensure that the deadlines were met.”

This is a new concept for Morrisons and will be known as an M-Store. The shop is due to open in early July 2011.
