Rob has specialised in all areas of commercial disputes for over 19 years and provides advice on contract disputes of all kinds including contracts for the supply of goods and services, shareholder/partnership/director disputes, disputes arising from the sale and purchase of businesses and the termination of employment in addition to construction disputes and professional negligence claims.

Rob’s expertise also covers emergency remedies (injunctions) including freezing and search and seize injunctions. He has acted in numerous reported High Court and Appeal Court cases and has a great deal of experience in the field of Alternative Dispute Resolution, including adjudication, mediation, arbitration and expert determination.
