In order to deliver a better understanding into exactly what happens at a Tribunal hearing we will work through a case study involving a discrimination claim made against a London 2012 Olympics contractor. We will replicate an authentic Tribunal experience; including legal submissions, evidence, cross examination – and of course the decision.
