Langleys tries to give all trainees a well-rounded experience. Trainees generally complete four six-month seats. We aim to provide exposure to a broad range of work and clients to enable trainees to qualify with the skills and knowledge they need to excel in their careers. Support and supervision is given throughout to enable trainees to take on as much responsibly as they can handle. We actively work towards retaining our trainees on qualification.
