Kate Saunders qualified in 1983 and has practised in Family Law ever since. She has a particular interest in divorce and the business client and cases involving trusts and inherited assets. In 1991 Kate became a member of the Law Society Children Panel and has regularly been appointed to represent children in Public Law proceedings. In 1999 Kate trained as a mediator and in 2008 she trained as a collaborative lawyer to enhance her ability to offer clients a non traditional approach.
