Helen is a transactional corporate and commercial lawyer focusing in particular on mergers, acquisitions and corporate restructuring as well as advising on general commercial contracts and matters. During the earlier part of her career she had particular exposure to the food sector and this is an interest she retains.
Helen is also an experienced presenter and delivers in-house training as well as seminars on a range of corporate and commercial legal subjects.
